If I chose to let my commander go to the graveyard instead of the command zone, if I were to play a {disentomb} on it, will I still have to pay the extra two to cast it the next time?

This is my first time playing commander.

Nope. If a commander goes to the hand, you only have to pay the mana cost on the card, just like you would in any other situation.
