iOS 5 and failed backup

I have just installed iOS 5 and despite my preinstallation backup, when I restored my iPhone there was no iMtG there. I have lost all the data I believe but most importantly I cannot access to the features I have paied for anymore.

What should I do?

Yeah, supposed that. Although it didn't access the help cause the update trashed all my mail accounts apparently
