Help with black and blue

I want to make an edh with a black blue commander and I'm thinking of using  {Oona, Queen of the Fae} what is a good combo for her? Or any idea for a better black blue commander? Thanks!

Oona makes a fine commander. I recommend adding a few infinite mana combos, which would let you exile all of your opponent's libraries.

{Grand Architect} + {Pila Pala}
{Deadeye Navigator} + {Gilded Lotus} + either {Deceiver Exarch} or {Pestermite}

And tutors to find your combo pieces.

You also have a lot of faeries entering the battlefield. {Dire Undercurrents} or other spells that take advantage of that is another way to win with her.

Artifact ramp too. Get that X as large as possible. {Sol Ring}, {Worn Powerstone}, {Thran Dynamo}, {Extraplanar Lens}, {Caged Sun}, stuff like that.

{Grand Architect} and {Treasure Mage}. Some black tutor spells - {Demonic Tutor} and {Vampiric Tutor}, you should be good.

With {Grand Architect} and {Pili-Pala} infinite mana combo you can basically mill all opponents outright. Make {X} = 100 then slam a {Blue Sun's Zenith}, {Increasing Confusion}, {Mind Grind}, ect.

{Tezzeret the Seeker} can find your {Pili-Pala}, {Muddle the Mixture} can tutor it, and a number of other things. But you don't want to rely on 1 single card to make your deck work. So keep with the artifact ramp too.
