What do you mean? Value-wise? Because that's mostly dependent on how cheap you can get the box. For example, if you found a Zendicar or Worldwake for $100, snap it up.

Tl;dr it depends on what you're looking for.

If you want the most value, I'd go Innistrad.  There's things like {Geist of Saint Traft}, {Snapcaster Mage}, {Liliana of the Veil}, and all the dual lands. 

It's pretty easy to get your money's worth

I just got a box of greatcrash for $90. When I get some more $ I'm going to pick up one of the past 4 sets. A store by me has boxes Inn through rtr for $80!
