If I have a {cloudfin raptor} out and play a {thatcher revolt}, does cloudfin get +3/+3 or only 1 counter?

The ability of Evolve checks the p/t of the entering creature that triggers evolve, abd the p/t of the evolve creature when the ability triggers, and before it resolves.

So 3 1/1s enter. 3 triggers go on the stack for evolve. The first one resolves, and gives it a counter. The other two try to resolve yet see that they can no longer evolve, so they give no counter.
