Trade binder iPhone to iPad help

Hi I was trying to sync my collection and trade binder to my iPad from iPhone. Not sure how to do it I try to sync with iTunes but notta. Any one doing this already.

You can backup your data on one device and then restore it on another, manually, using Dropbox. This is not true syncing and I appreciate it's a clumsy and inconvenient solution. Proper syncing through iCloud is on my TODO list.
