So im not sure i get extort yet. Can y only tap one land to do one and one, or can you tap like 7 land for extort and do 7 and 7

You can do extort for as many permanents you have with extort. If you had one permanent with extort in play. You can extort once. If you have two, you can extort twice. If you have three, you can extort thrice and so on, and so forth

It's pretty good in limited. As for constructed. I think you would need the right cards to make it work
