Doesnt work. Minic vat does not CAST the creature, so Emrakul's CAST ability doesnt trigger.

Again non viable, as the requirement is to be cast not put into play, elvish piper puts the creature into play.

However if you use a blue for {Crystal Shard}'s
ability you can untap your land next turn and cast again.
