I don't understand using nonland permanents like enchantments and artifacts that aren't either indestructible or recurring. the goal of baby should be to clear the board. baby as commander damage is devastating

It is more of a visual treat....should things get out of hand I can blow things up. Plus I have {Darksteel Forge} and {Mycosynth Lattice} to protect my permeants.
