Yeah!  I want to know how the {Gravecrawler}, {Grimgrin, Corpse-Born}, {Diregraff Captain} combo goes.

Greg54js

That's probably a killer combo...

....(sigh).....

No good in Standard meta, eh Coach?
(I like how you are trying to provoke me into a detaile response)
The combo requires three different cards, one of which is legendary in order to function. You would have to play all of them, hoping your opponent does nothing in the meantime, then playing diregraf captain, while in the next turn play grimgrin. Then, in the NEXT turn, sacrifice the the grave crawler, dealing one, and swinging with grimgrin. THEN, play grave crawler from your graveyard again to reset the combo for next turn.
I just think it's too complicated.

*dammit, he's on to me...*  (Dance puppet, dance!)

Really, the crux of the combo is sticking {Grimgrin, Corpse-born} with a {Gravecralwer} either in play or in the bin.  Then, the extra from Saw basically has 'B: untap and put a +1/+1 counter on Grimgrin.'  The {Diregraf Captain} is that little bit of frosting.  I really don't think it's too complicated and each of the pieces are good on their own, IMO.

Grimgrin is under no way good on it's own, that is precisely why you need the grave crawler to make it function properly.
