Yea lol, it took me a while to word the exile part of that card, and i still dont think it came iut the way i was thinking it should have... :P

You and that opponent put into play all permanents put into exile by the other (player) this way

At the begining of a players upkeep that player must tell a joke. Each opponent that laughs must exiles all cards in thier hand and libary and all permanents they control.

Why a tap ability to kill your own creature?

Maybe if its a commander, he can put small 1/1's in his graveyars, so that when he comes back in, it will come in with more counters?

Exactly. And I gave him the bounce ramp so he can keep doing it whist getting bigger.
