Sorry. What's the purpose of the {Shelldock Isle} in the deck? Maybe I'm just missing something.

I had a couple of spots open for special lands and I ended up going with that. If I don't turn 1. serum visions then I play the land that comes in tapped and let's me start setting up for the later turns of the game with hopefully a sword of feast and famine.
