should i make a green duplication deck with {doubling season} and {premodial hydra} and {liege of the tangle} ?

Doubling season doesn't effect/affect liege of the tangle. Your not putting a token out there, and the having more then one counter on a land doesn't affect it. Plus now your lands are open to more removel.
