Can you stack multiple {pendelhaven}s' +1+2 abilities on a single 1/1 creature?

Im pretty sure if you trigger them all simultaneously.

Pendelhaven checks the creature's power/toughness upon announcing the ability, and once again before resolution. If for any reason (including being pumped up by pendelhaven) it isn't a 1/1, it will not work.
