I think they are diferennt. Urban evolution makes you accelerate your Lands, but of it's only for drawing I prefere Thoughflare. If i had to choose, Urban Evolution seems better

Heard there wasn't going to be but I don't know why the new set of guild wouldn't and the old ones would.
