Sounds like the start of a joke.
It depends, if it's windy or blowing snow, i'd bundle up at about -25C.  But it also depends what you mean but "Bundle up".  Zip up the coat?  Wear gloves?

It depends, if it's windy or blowing snow, i'd bundle up at about -25C.  But it also depends what you mean but "Bundle up".  Zip up the coat?  Wear gloves?
