The combo {Helm of obedience} + {rest in peace} do the cards : {planar void} and {let line of the void} also work instead of {Helm of obedience} ?

{Planar Void} no. It has a triggered ability that triggers when the card goes to the graveyard. It's not until the ability resolves that the card is removed (if its still there).

Like Dudecore said, the leyline will, but the {Planar Void} will not. The leyline doesn't let the card hit the graveyard at all, so it will cause an infinite mill. Planar void exiles cards AFTER they hit the graveyard, so the helm will not go infinitely.

If a creature card is put into that graveyard this way, sacrifice Helm of Obedience and put that card into play under your control. X can't be 0.

Cards will never be "put into the graveyard" as long as {Rest in Peace} and/or {Leyline of the Void}
