I cast {oblivion ring} on my opponents {control magic} so I can get my creature back.  If he removes the oblivion ring what happens to the control magic?  Does it go back on the original target, can he choose a new target, or does it to the GY.

Well I think I know what your saying. If you oblivion ring your creature with control magic on his side of the field, the enchantment does not become destroyed when a creature is exiled so therefore is the o-ring was destroyed the creature would return to his side of the field with the control magic still on it.

??? Huh?

If you O-ring the aura, you'll get your critter back. Later, if the O-ring leaves the field {Control Magic} will enter the battlefield again.
When an aura enters the field, it's controller can have it enchant anything it legally can (so, no pro-blues). This doesn't target, so he could even steal your hexproof guys.
