Is it sad that I know none of the bands or albums on this list?

Mikefrompluto

I wasn't feeling that new Converge. The opener made it seem like it was going to be a skramz record, but then it did a complete 180. Speaking of skramz, it makes me happy that Loma Prieta made the list. Excellent. I think Noctourniquet is the best thing Volta done since Amputechture. Pretty solid list overall.

Also, COKE BUST and WEEKEND NACHOS!!! Awesome bands. Awesome dudes.

Dudecore

I encourage other members to make their own list, or lemme know about something I may have missed. I like ambient black metal, screamo, instrumental rock and electronic music like chillwave, dubstep, progressive house.

Hahaha I said that for the first half of the list and then I noticed some. What type of music do these fall under? Or is it all music?

It's every album that I listened to this year.

So it's only albums from 2012, yes? Hmmmm, I'll get my list together, although this year was mighty disappointing for me.

Dmreiss

Saw the Melvin's Lite on their 51 city tour.  Awesome live show.

Seen them a few times, always something new. Once Cody and Jared from Big Business joined they've been releasing amazing stuff.

Is it bad that i only know 2?

No it's not sad. Out of that whole list the only bands I know are deftones and smashing pumpkins

Mikefrompluto

Where would you suggest posting our own lists at? Here, or a seperate thread?

Dudecore

Here is probably good. Wouldn't want to flood the main board with Album lists. I'll rename this.
