Notes:
Still working on this... Suggestions?

Estel2931

The charms are interexchangable based on what deck i am up against. What are your guys thoughts and/or opinions? I just threw this together with what i have laying around.

I dont have any {Thragtusk} which is the reason why he isnt in this ha..

Looks solid, I ran a 5 color Reanimater like this with a few changes in spells. How's it test for you?

Estel2931

It seems to be fine. I play against my bro and he uses an Esper control deck... We split games.

He has many board wipes, but he also uses {Akroma's Memorial}... Thats usually my bane. He had a weird deck, but pulls it off with GoST, Entreat and Avacyn

You can kinda run only 3 colors. {W}{R}{G} Naya Midrange would suffice. The {B} only extends to 1 card, but also ruins your curve. {Thragtusk, The Destroyer of Fun} qualifies too.

in a perfect meta: in all honesty the amount of cards at everyone's disposal leans toward playing 5 colors. But this is a Naya deck. {Liliana of the Veil} is an amazing card, but Planeswalkers are expensive removal ({Garruk Relentless}) and one tutors ( {Garruk, the Veil-Cursed}) the rest ({Jace, Architect of Thought}, {Chandra, the Firebrand}, {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage}, {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad}) are in decks based on Board Wipes.

I honestly believe you hate {Thragtusk} as much as I do.

I don't even mind {Thragtusk}, if he didn't give 5 life. The fact that if a simple bounce hits him, he leaves behind a token that makes you "think" about removing him. All deck types have to think of their ramifications of attempting to remove him. That is fair, it's a great card for green, probably the type of card green SHOULD have. Just like {Snapcaster Mage} is the type of card Blue SHOULD have, it's a 2/1 that can flash as a blocker and enable a graveyard bounce card or deal damage as Blue.

The 5 life gain should have made him at least {3}{W}{G} to make him less splashible, and Snappy should have been {U}{U}. Thragtusk makes matches go to their time limit consistently, and usually wins. It's just crazy that it is far and away the best spell to play. A 5/3 attached to a card that gives 5 life, attached to a card that creates a 3/3? A 3 for 1 that costs {4}{G} that can only be dealt with by counterspells (which were nerfed because of complaints about {mana leak}) creates an environment where most decks are comprised of {Thragtusk}, then an endless list of functional cards. 5 life can get you back into the game, a grounded 5/3 that makes a 3/3 may not.

I completely agree, if he was a {4}{G} 5/3 that gave you a 3/3 beast when he left the field he wouldn't of changed the meta the way he did.

Dudecore

Few people would include a card in their deck that gives them 5 life, (you don't see much {Heroes' Reunion} do you?) but if you attach it to a capable creature that has an ETB effect (coming off a set that reintroduced flicker) it can only be bad.

So the question I have then is what should I change i this deck to make it better? Im running black in it mostly because i was using te {Rakdos Charm}. I have a couple of {Garruk Relentless} coming in the mail, but would you suggest I put them in?

The other reason I have black in it is because of the sideboard (which is constantly changing)... I want to make it into a 4c Frites deck if I need it to be.

I posted it for feedback... Sooooo please keep it coming :)

Dudecore

I'd suggest making it a Naya Midrange deck and calling it a day. Unless you wanna go full blown 4c Frites.

Estel2931

Do you suggest I put the {Garruk Relentless} in? Thragtusk (If i can get some)?

Dudecore

In a midrange deck, maybe. I like {Garruk, Primal Hunter}, reload your hand.
