Sounds fun, but I doubt R&D would let it go in anything but an Un-Set, just like how they don't talk about watermarks or raritys on regular card text.

How about an enchantment that reverses the order in which the stack resolves? That would make for some fun games.
Of course, stacks don't happen all that often...

Or, how about a card that makes your deck your life total. And for each life point you lose, you discard the top card of your deck. But your deck is still your deck, so mill cards would still work

Again sounds more like an Un-Set, but fun!

Count the total number of exiled cards. Your life total becomes that number.

Hermit Blast deals X damage to target creature or player, where X is the number of cards you own in exile.
