Maybe it has to do with how many posts youve made? Isnt there different classifications on the desktop forum thats determined by how many posts you have?

It now should eliminate laziness about giving karma, lol. Maybe that was the point of it, and Piotr just have some people the title of "boss" to confuse everyone :P
