It will come out June 7, 2013. It will be like a core set, but all the cards are not standard legal. It will be in limited print. A box comes with 24 packs not 36 and there will be no basic lands in it so that slot is taken up with a foil. Booster packs are gonna be msrp at 6.95. If you wanted to get into modern then you want to get this.

Magic was always about the money... Imagine that there are people who buys MtG not bcs of the playing but only bcs of the collecting...

It's a non standard legal pack. Being able to buy modern cards for 7$ a pack seems like a good deal.
