{Second Guess} is absolutely terrible. I would replace it with {Dissipate} or {Syncopate}, much much better cards

{Unsummon}, {Thought Scour}, or {Cloudshift} opponents upkeep. Counter anything they play, just very underrated.

Mhmm yeah in the case that the player would cast the spell immediately after u returned it... And still it depends on returning it to owners hand...

No cast those spells then when they cast something you counter regardless of what they played

It's still a situational counter spell that costs 2. Add 1 to its CMC since you have to cast another spell to get there. Might as well use {dissipate}.

Nah, I pay cmc 3 for Unsummon/ Draw a Card & Mill, and counter target spell.

i third this, I think they just released it for sealed events to balance out blue, it should never see standard play since there are better counters to use, your just over complicating the deck to get one bad counter card to work and your going to end up stumbling and losing because you over complicated it.
