Prerelease: First Impressions

I had to work today so I missed it as well.  My local shop is only running a Saturday event so it looks like ill be waiting a week for some new cards.

Joined the largest event in Brazil.
170 people.

So you got in the event that PVDDR could not get into. But I guess that's what happens if you wait to long.

PV lives in another state. His event would be the largest in his state only. By the way, he didn't play just because he didn't really want to. There were 3 different events only in my city, and about 4 in the nearest one (Rio de Janeiro).

I've pulled out a Vraska, 2 Abrupt Decay and 2 shocklands. Oh yeah, and 15 (!!!) basic lands in 10 boosters...

Popped a {Sphinx's Revelation} first pack. And I chose Auzoris. 😝 Finished 2nd. Lost against Rakdos removal/discard.

I got forth went 3-1.... Tokens ftw!!

Im from Ireland so there wasnt a huge amount of players like Brazil..

But we did get 37 playing at a small tcg shop so not bad,

Came 6th out of 37 with Azorius.. Went 4-1!

Pulled a Angel of Serenity, Jace, Architect of thought, 2 Havoc Festival from the same booster ^^ and 2 Cyclonic Rift's ... All in all a good day.. 7 hours well spent :p
