I'm getting a booster box of RtR my first MTG booster box ever.

Hope I hVe at least decent luck lol

My first box was dark accession and I pulled full playsets of {gravecrawlers} and {geralf's messangers} never had a box that good sense

I stopped buying packs. Why? I have 💩 luck. I stick to 15$ drafts. 3 packs =12$ +3$ for prize pool. More people show up, bigger prize pool. I'm not sure how they make money of drafts if they do.

They probably make $ off the people buying gaming supplies, cards, other packs, singles, etc. I've wondered the same thing about how they could make $ and that's all I've come up with

Because at $4 a pack x 36 = $144 a box I know they pay less then $95 a box. Also if they are like the lgs I go to they sell junk food at ridiculously  marked up prices.

Oh yea but on topic last pack I got was bsing at the lgs. Asked if there were any good packs left because people pick thru the boxes. He said yes. I got an M13 pulled a dual land and foil {stuffy doll}

Mine charges $3 for hot pockets. I just eat at home rather than spend so much

Yep most people who go there buy more then just the draft fee.

No that wasn't me but that has been the 4th bonfire iv pulled, just wish I still had the other 2 cuz now I would have a playset

At FNM 3 months ago I took first and won 8 packs. the first 7 packs were all junk, then on the last pack I pulled {Huntmaster of the Fells} and a foil {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad} dude I was so happy.

But with the flip cards I think I got 10-12 mythics in a box. Average is 7 a box and 2 a fat pack.

Avg is 7? 1 in 8 rares is a mythic, making avg 4 for a box of 36 packs. I usually get 3 or 4. Have never gotten 5 or more.

Granted, the flip card in inn/dka skews it slightly but not that much.  Where do you people get this luck, and can I borrow it?
