Notes:
I remover the blue from this deck I figured I could make it stronger with all white.  Any suggestions.

Queezle

Another {Honor of the pure}

Drbusta50

I've got one on the way

SpiritedAway

I'm a spirit player myself, and I have a big question: Why Chapel Geist instead of Voiceless Spirit? I can never decide between them, so I usually run on each.

And I support your mono white if you don't want to run control. I couldn't give up control or my lantern spirits.

SpiritedAway

Also, how well does this play?

Drbusta50

It plays pretty well.  As for choosing between {chapel geist} and {voiceless spirits} I figure for same mana cost it's a coin flip really.  First-strike is nice though.

Drbusta50

I didn't want to give up control either but I think I made a good balance of creatures and removal to keep myself out of trouble with the {pacifism} and {rebuke}s plus having {Gideon Jura} doesn't hurt if I can get him out

SpiritedAway

I run {Oblivion Ring}s instead of {Rebuke}. They're a bit more versatile unless your opponent has enchantment destruction.

Check my UW deck in Standard, it's called Innistrad Spirited Away.

SpiritedAway

Also, why are you running {Shimmering Grotto}, let alone 4? You dont need color fixers in a mono color deck.

Drbusta50

I have the {Geist of st. Traft} in there so I need to be able to pop some blue.  I'm also thinking of adding a {snapcaster Mage} so I'll need them

Don't forget the {Moorland Haunts}.

SpiritedAway

Man, just embrace the blue then! What advantages does your deck get by being mono(ish) white?

Get some {Glacial Fortress} instead of {Shimmering Grotto} because you're making {Geist of Saint Traft} a four drop in essence. The glory of the Geist is turn three and early game.

I'm gonna have to agree on that, the {Glacial Fortress}es replacing the {Shimmering Grotto}s will help out a lot. And if your still slightly concerned with manabase you could always throw in a couple {Seachrome Coast}s of you have the money, those things tend to be expensive...

Prophylaxis

Yeah, more {Glacial Fortress}.

By the way, I'm a huge {Voiceless Spirit} fan. But that's just me.

Can you tell me why? I just can't figure out when he's better than {Chapel Geist}, other than the mana versatility. {Voiceless Spirit} is 2W and chapel is 1WW.
