Decks gone

I was using the app this morning, and it asked to do a database update. I let it, it said it was moving my decks, binders, etc but now I have nothing. All my decks are gone(about 50 of them) and all my binders are empty. From what I can tell they were moved not deleted, but I don't know what to do.

I have considered restoring my decks, but does that restore pre-update or just when I last backed up, which was a whole ago?
