The one I got for 24.98 w free shipping.
The good: exact number of rares and mythics they said there would be and all in mine condition. 25 rares, 5 mythics. I'll list them below. There were about 100-125 uncommons. Was a good spread of cards, all the way from 4th edition until M13. So about 825 commons, but useful ones. Also, no basic lands, but a lot of cool multicolor and special lands.

The bad: about 35-40% of the cards(not the rares or mythics thankfully) were in played condition, with about 4-7 white dent type things showing. That part blows. Also, there were 10 cards that there were 10 copies of, all others were 1-2 copies w a few play sets.

Mythics:
{Etched Monstrosity}
{Molten-Tail Masticore}
{Skaab Ruinator}
{Reaper from the Abyss}
{Mirror-Mad Phantasm}

Rares:
{Seance}
{Lost in the Woods}
{Jar of Eyeballs}
{Conundrum Sphinx}
{Requiem Angel}
{Ravenous Demon}
{Brittle Effigy}
{Grim Backwoods}
{Cyclops Gladiator}
{Geralf's Mindcrusher}
{Dark Tutelage}
{Feed the Pack}
{Destructive Force}
{Deranged Outcast}
{Hoarding Dragon}
{Curse of Misfortunes}
{Rooftop Storm}
{Curse of Echoes}
{Nevermore}
{Counterlash}
{Stensia Bloodhall}
{Call to the Kindred}
{Stony Silence}
{Alpha Brawl}
{Sturmgeist}

Cost was 24.88 w free shipping. What do you all think?

I don't think I got boned as overall probably a good deal, nothing super, but can def enhance my decks and that's where it's at.

Silent1236

No massive money cards or anything, but it isn't terrible.  IMO {Skaab Ruinator} is actually kinda fun.  The rest were just bulk UC/C right?

Yeah about $20 worth of uncommons and idk what the remaining 830-870 cards would total to, although the M4, Onslaught, and other old commons are kinda cool.

Rass

Of the 1000 card show many do you think will actually see play?  If your happy with it that's all that matters

Silent1236

I would call that a good deal simply because it gives you a lot of older cards and kinda opens you up to better casual, modern, etc.  I like older cards though.

Idk..got a ton of vamp, werewolf, zombie, human soldier, blue(tons of blue), and burn support cards. I'd say probably half can be used at some time or another. The multicolored lands I got are really awesome and will be helpful, about 20 of them, surprisingly cheap ones, but still cool.

Dudecore

You can build a Cube now. Have some fun with friends.

{Fling}, {Alter's Reap}, or any other instant sac effects when the pit-dweller returns from undying/gy.

Don't think you could fling him, the moment undying kicks in he technically goes to graveyard first and then is under opponent's control, I think.

Think this was posted prior in the rules section but if not:

-Undying triggers.
-Treacherous Pit-Dweller returns to battlefield.
-Then, its effect of being put under opponent's control is put onto stack (When indicates a triggered ability, and like all ETB effect, will go on the stack).
--Once it is on the stack, you may cast any sacrifice abilities as long it is at instant speed (also you may flicker it).
-The new spell/ability goes on stack.

Now if left to resolve:
TPD gets sacrificed with its +1 counter (or flicker back to its stock self).
The effect of giving an opponent control will fizzle as the TPD is no longer on the battlefield (or a different entity after being flickered).

Kind of a card that screams "build around me."
PS: Have {Flayer of Hatebound} ability cause TPD to burn itself, lol.

RevanJJ

Guess it depends if that opponent control part goes on the stack, if so, that makes perfect sense.

I'm trading it anway.

Ps ppl trades slowly getting updated lol I've managed to organize artifacts and black so far lmao
