I keep hearing about expensive decks.  Can we take this deck, and make it competitive in standard and still be a pauper deck?

If your willing to add {bonfire of the damned} maybe. Dual color pauper will never be truly competitive. Mono has a chance.

They are extremely competitive when against other pauper decks, against normal standard decks no pauper deck really stands a chance
