Okay say I have a 5/5 deathtouch creature and my opponent has 2 10/10 creatures. I cast {lure} then attack. Do I get to kill both of his creatures? Or is the dave from one of his enough to kill mine before I hit the other creature.

When there are multiple blockers, you chose the damage assignment order. Then, when you assign damage, you need to assign at least lethal damage to the first before you give more to the next in line.

For Deathtouch, 1 point is lethal, so you can assign one to the first 10/10 and 4 to the second 10/10.
You can take out up to 5 of his blockers.

Unless they have banding and he bands them then he can assign damage
