That's what I was referencing. Wizzards didn't buy imtg and you cannot get those cards from zen packs. If it was true there would be no zen boxes available to buy.

Second part is wrong. Zendikar did in fact have hidden treasures in the packs.

hence why wizards added the rule "should you open a card not from the set in a limited event you are not allowed to use it during the tournament"
