{Channel} is such a crazy card!  I've got like 9 of them, and I don't think I've ever actually played them.  Back in the day when I 1st started playing and it was legal to play, people would hate on you if you had it in your deck.  They'd call you cheesy.  Any deck that ran a lot of direct damage was considered, "cheesy."

Or just hard cast {Emurakul, Aeons Torn}. They can't {Force of Will} it and you get an extra turn.
