Can someone explain this creatures soul bound ability? Like how it works?

So when would you use that ability?

Shake off a {Doom Blade}, repair with a diff creature, or go nuts with {Elvish Visionary} or {Acidic Slime}.

Block, Activate the ability and your creature isn't hurt, used with any creatures that have enter the battlefield effects, like {stonehorn dignitary} that kind of things

Ive frost tapped all my opponent's lands with {frost titan}, ive made infinite mana/ untap/ tap using {deceiver exarch} and {gilded lotus}, and ive taken all my opponent's perminents using {zealous conscripts}. Dont even get me started on the {phantasmal image} or {phyrexian metamorph}.

Haha, yes i have done some silly things with deadeye. After using the {heartless summoning} + {havengul lich} combinations for so long i have grown to love infinite or just plain insane interactions that cost way less than they should.

The glories of {deadeye navigator} started for me as a one of my second week of topping with heartless. I found myself searching him out with {rune-scarred demon} and {forbidden alchemy} to augment my board state from decent to godly. Later i discovered the lotus combo and after three weeks of {brainstorm}ing i posted "Lotus Combo V1.0" and found just how insane he can be beyond what i had already accomplished with him.
