This really does suck. There have been a few trades I would love to do but I am worried about getting Kuberr'd.

You just don't know.

IMO, and that is based only off the post I have read made by Kuberr, he would be one that I would want to avoid. He seemed to be argumentative just for the sake of it.

Well I've done 5 trades on here all have gone well. Try not to let one person ruin it for you

Jester has Kuberr pegged ... he was unpredictably hot and cold.  If his account was hacked why would he give out the same name and address to mail to?  And he would have responded to my first email I sent a few days ago .... not the one I just posted.  I think all this was his game plan from the start .... establish a trusted name and get a bunch of huge trades at the end then vanish.

I doubt it was a "long con" though. Either it's what jester said, where he felt an upcoming ban and decided to burn the bridge and go hog wild, or what I think in that problems at home made him go off the self-centered deep end. I really doubt it was planned ahead for more than a couple days. That's just my 2c though, and I've been wrong many times in my life.

Regardless I'm sorry you guys all have to deal with this crap. Let me know if I can do anything to help. I hate seeing good people get ripped off.

Two and a half months seems like a VERY long time for a long con.  Given his impulsive temperament, I think it was a knee-jerk reaction than a long-term insidious plot.  But then, who but criminals know the minds of criminals?  Batman, I suppose.

I've lived near where Kub is from, its a little remote , and a small drive to civilization. Personally, I feel like something other than being a douche is at play here.  Wasn't someone here visiting out near Kub an they were goin to try to hook up to play a game or two? If so, maybe he got a phone number.  Also if you have an address and namr for Kub, there's a great chance of finding cell/home phone or him if you pay a few $$$. I still know some people that live near him, I could try having someone check to see if he's still alive if y'all want.

He has a point those background checks on people are like 2 dollars and they give you EVERYTHING. But having someone knock at his door is something entirely new I think that'd freak him out that we could get to his house

Hmmm... So you're saying he's from a small place?  Maybe a place where the cops aren't all that busy?  Maybe they have some extra time on their hands?
