No the idea behind future sight is that the future shifted cards are actual cards from the future

So they just appeared in that set but they actually "haven't technically been released"
Kinda a cute little theme...

For example {nessan courser}

That's not to say the rest of the sets in that block don't get "reprints" like obviously were getting {urborg, tomb of yawgmoth}

But yeah future shifted things aren't really reprints they're just coming out where they "were from to begin with"

I think they announced we were getting one future shifted card In khans also I believe

So yeah keep an eye on the future shifted cards when you see one that matches the flavor of new sets

I domt think {Damnation} is getting reprinted.

Although I think its quite likely we may see a black {Day of Judgment}.

But compared to supreme verdict it is very bad. Cons, costs 1 more mana, does not kill creatures and allows the opponents to scry them (gives them the choice), and can only use when they attack,so not good against creatures with abilities that don't need them to attack. Pros; good  against gods, boros charm, and most anti wrath. IMO cons out way pros, because honestly a turn agaisnt aggro is life or death and this only works if you are on the draw. Better than nothing.

Yes it's not an uncounterable wipe, but it's definitely a frustrater for tokens and also people who have exhausted their hand
