I made a post with the following Ruling on that topic:

116.3c: If a player has priority when he or she casts a spell, activates an ability, or takes a special action, that player receives priority afterward.

You are correct, you can continue to stack the triggers, since you'll get priority after the ability goes on the stack.
Where's my positive karma now? Thank you very much Keteyo!

Alright, after giving it more of a read, I see the confusion here.

You can keep stacking the triggers, so long as you have a card to discard. Once you run out, you'll have to pass priority to the other player, so that the {Temple Bell} resolves, and lets you draw another card, allowing you to repeat the combo. Its still very unlikely that they'll stop it, but you will have to pass priority if you plan to do an infinite mill type effect.

So okay once  {Temple Bell} resolves if its on your turn can you not just continue responding to it's resolution by stacking triggers on? I have been using this combo for awhile now in multiple formats in tourney's and was allways under the impression that this combo is completely unstoppable.

Yes you can. The only thing is, for {Temple Bell} to resolve in the first place, you have to pass priority to your opponent. Once you do that, and the opponent passes, the process continues. The opponent always has a chance to do something before any spells or abilities resolve. It's essentially unstoppable, but if they have open mana and removal of some sort, they do have a chance.
