I'd recommend getting to 60.

Also, I'd replace the Chosen of Markov x 4 with 4x {Pulse Tracker} , try to get 2-4 {Bloodrage vampire} and rock a Bloodthirst theme using the Vaasgoths. {vampire outcasts} can be ok if u only use one or two due to the high mana cost.

Look into {bump in the night} as well to do cheap damage and get the thirst kicked in.
