Shuffle fool

So it isn't made yet but I'm just starting to make a commander deck with as many cards as possible that will force my opponent to shuffle his library. So if you know of cards that do this I'd love to have suggestions. I know it's mean but I really want to piss off the guys I play with their stupid expensive commander decks. They are sucking the fun out of where I play right now do I want to get them back lol.

I want to do it because it's funny making those guys with their 3000$ deck shuffle endlessly. Most of them will just scoop I think rather than shuffle their "baby" sO many times lol doesn't everyone know those guys?

I see where youre coming from. I like taking the most basic commander and stomping straight through {winter orb} and other stupid powerful combo/ setup stall cards.
