Planeswalker rule: if two or more planeswalkers of the same name type, they are all moved to the graveyard just like the legend rule. see the card type line, it will say for example "Planeswalker - Jace." this type line appears on all versions of jace, {Jace Beleran} to {Jace the Mind Sculptor}.

So if you have your {Sorin Markov} out and your opponent plays {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad}, they will both be put in the grave from the planeswalker rule.
