Don't understand commander

I haven't played commander before and I was wondering can you have more than one of your commander in a deck or is it like any other card u only have one? How do you get your commander out? Do you have to try to pull it out of 99 other cards or do you get it out right away? And last question what's a good commander for tokens besides kemba preferably something that has white in it

Your commender is set off to the side and you can cast it at any time.

Can only have one commander, then 99 other singleton cards.

You play your commander from the command zone, casting it just like any other creature. If it leaves the battlefield, in most cases, not all, you return it to the command zone. Next time you want to play it, it's costs the printed CMC, plus 2 colorless. The third time is 4 colorless extra and so on. Lots of othe intricacies that I really dont feel like getting into. Try searching for a particular subject using the handy search function.
