Off topic. What's the difference between each set created? Is it different cards every time or is it the same with different artwork?

Different cards. Sometimes they reprint cards though. Basically in "Standard" format you can only play with cards from the most recent sets, but older sets sometimes have super-expensive cards like {Black Lotus}.
