Not a R/G fan, but cool anyway. Not sure about the draw back.

Correction:  Non-human Werewolves can't transform.  All upside!

It's just not fun. First of all, it's a repeatable stealing effect, which isn't fun for your opponent. It only works if you control more creatures, which usually means you'll be winning already. If your opponent has more creatures then you, then you're grossly overpaying for a 1/1.

tl;dr: It's not fun.

I just hate repeated stealing. It's a griefer card. Fun for you, not fun for opponents.
