I've been using iMtG for quite a while now and its time for me to open this thread. I will update it regularly.

Anyway here goes:

- introduce a 'google' search criteria for the database(by single words and not by consequent words)
- an automatic customizable sorting order for the deckbuilder by name, card quantity, card value, card type, mana cost
- a manacost search criteria
- better lifecounter display: remove the wheels, make bigger numbers and larger buttons for life losses and infect counters. Remove all the rest on the screen and put just one button above or below to access more options. All this to make the lifecounter much more intuitive and easy to use.
- introduce card types percentages in the decks stats (only the main ones)
- a vintage format forum? Personally i always play vintage with my friends but I don't know what the international mtg scene tbh mostly plays.
- missing cards: boom (found sone more but couldn't remember)
- for double cards (such as ice/fire), make them flippable like the innistrad ones
- separate the sideboard card count from the total amount of cards in the deck (deckbuilder)

As time goes I will update this post with more data and suggestions.
Thanks for reading and gratz for making the best mtg app for the smartphones!!!

Hello Habardeen and thank you for your suggestions.  If you would like to see the new features and functions coming up in iMtG and help make it better, why not be a Beta tester?

-There's already a mana cost search criteria.
-As far as a Vintage forum goes, if it's competitive it'll be in Other, otherwise many vintage legal decks turn up in Casual.

As for the rest of the suggestions, some of them are already on the Developer's TODO list, but they are all good ideas.

Cheers!

Piotr

Automatic sorting of deck lists is not at all high on my list because you can sort by anything manually.
Wheels will stay.
The rest, as BJ said (googly search is almost ready for testing).

Good, love those wheels! Best thing since sliced bread ... or was it before sliced bread?  :P

Habardeen

Thanks for the answers :)

Addition:

- all images from the Innistrad expansion look blurry (using iPhone 4)

I would love to!
I'll search on how to do it through forums or if you can address me to the right spot it would be awesome!

Use the in-app beta request email and Ela will take care of you.

Ela?

My Wife: http://farbiszewski.com, she took over beta applications and provisioning portal a while ago.

Congrats!
Question: does the text search in database check card wording or Oracle?  Example, if I look up "dies" will it pull up all of the old errattaed cards?

Comment: I agree that the proper spellings use Æ, but for pricing it would be nice if it could convert it to AE since TCGplayer don't recognize.

No risk, no fun.
