I have something along the same lines as this. If my opponet plays a card that says I sacrafice a creature at my upkeep, can i use {Corrupted Harvester} as my sacraficed creature then regenerate him by playing 1 black mana?

Sacrifice is different than destroy. You can't regenerate from sacrifice.

Even if the card says all opponets sacrifice a creature at their upkeep?

For any reason.

You do know his regenerate cost is sac a creature and pay 1 black mana right?

You are sacing him for the upkeep cost not for the ability cost.  Anyway nothing can save a creature once it is sacrificed.  Even Indestructable creatures can be sacrificed.......so no you could not regenerate him regardless of the cost if you sac him.

Another thing, you can't sacrifice a creature twice. That is, you can't sac it for two different reasons. If you sac one to pay the regen cost, it will not count towards the other tigger tellin you to sac a creature. You'll have to pick another one.

Otherwise I would not use my sac EDH deck as it would WAY TOO overpowered!
