Trading before value change

Have you guys ever traded or sold a card that shortly after either dropped or raised in price? Only one I can think of us when I traded a {restoration angel} on here when it was valued at around $5. My friend sold a {thundermaw hellkite} for five bucks at the prerelease.

Got bonfires for 25 and still sitting on them. People love them..but usually aren't willing to trade for them.

When I trade for someone it is high when I'm trading it it is low. I hate it. So much.

I did something similar. Bought 4 {Vesuva} at my lgs when the eldrazi came out, for my eldrazi deck. Recently traded them in for 10 bucks a piece. I only paid 75 cents a piece for them when I bought them!

I trade my {likana of the veil} for some illusion cards to a friend since he wanted it for his collection and spent $400 on cards and didn't pull one

I pulled a foil {Sorin, lord of Innistrad} at the DKA release and sold it for $75. Makes me feel better about spending $60 on a playset of {vexing devils} on preorder.
