Commander is a deck type that features a main creature and all cards in it are of those colors only. You can only have one of each card except basic lands. Look in the commander section of this app and youll see

If anyone could help me with shrinking my deck by removing the cards that aren't worth having in here please inform me

Wow theres so much stuff in this deck. So I was thinking that you should balance returning stuff to you opponents hand and making you opponents discard cards. From what I looked at you have a lot of good cards just not enough doubles for you to draw or start out with in you opening hand.

-1 scroll of griselbrand
-1 into the roil
-1 gravepurge

I would sit down with all these cards that you have and try and focus on 1 or two card mechanics. Or focus a tribal element (zombies/vampires/etc).
Then discard anything that doesn't work towards this goal.

Once you do that you should be able to focus it a bit more by working on a stable mana curve (adjusting percentage of card that cost 1mana, 2mana, etc)

That would be a good start anyway. And should allow you to focus on where you may need to find suitable replacements for cards or identify weeknesses in your deck.

I'd definitely start with lands.  For a 60-63 card deck, I'd say 20-24 lands.  Maybe lose the non basics for dualies?

Since u have equal number creature and spells just pick your 18 best creatures and 18 best spells.  Shouldnt be too hard stuff like havengul skaab is definitely garbage should be an easy cut.  I'll try to look at it some more.
