Ruined FNM

So I got off work at 6 got to AT&T at 6:15 to get a new line added and a new phone. They said it would only take about 15 minutes. 👍 Enought time to get to FNM.

IM STILL HERE AND IT'S 7:42!

And to top that... I haven't even seen the customer service representative yet.
I'm very angry 😡

AT&T! Wtf! They are better than sprint but not as good as Verizon. Too bad Verizon is more expensive...because if they were same price wise I'd jump ship. Woohoo for mediocre AT&T.

All for-profit companies suck. Their goal is not to make sure you are happy and satisfied, it is to make sure their investors make money and their board/CEO can afford a 3rd private jet.

I've had all 3 companies at one point in my life.

-Verizon is best, but most expensive.
-Sprint is the most friendly/best deal, but never had good phones (so I never had their iPhone, but did have a BlackBerry)
-AT&T I get no reception in one of the largest cities in the world (New York). But they offer the Newest technology, and I have to fight for every single deal they give me.
