After playing {enduring renewal}, {aluren} and {phyrexian altar}, drop and start cycling a pair of {eternal witness} for mana, and play {acidic slime}.
Sac the slime to the {phyrexian altar} and retrieve it via the renewal, dropping it again by using the mana created by the cycling {eternal witness} pair.
Repeat.
Not an instant speed, but effective.

You know, Death, you seem to have many a combo revolving around the same {Enduring Renewal} + {Aluren} pairing.  Can we maybe keep them all under one thread to reduce the number of new threads?
