Ok if you got ripped off by Kuberr here is what I want you all to do.

1. Look through your messages from him stating that he agrees and will send such and such.

2. Copy those messages, even if you have to do screenshots.

3. Send those messages to me through PM on here or email.

4. Give me another message that totals the entire trade with dollar amounts for each card.


PM me if you need my email and I will send it to you.  Make any email to me as "Subject: Kuberr".  I have his contact info from past trades and will research the local authorities in his area.  I will put together a collection of evidence and contact the local authorities in his area.

Do this promptly so the process is not held up.  I want to have everything ready to present by this Friday.......go!!!

Well I am very busy so if you can help anyway it would be great.  Maybe find the police dept. info and give me a website link or phone number. 

Keep in mind that I have nothing at stake here.  Cept of course the vested interest of the users of this forum......which means a lot me   My point is that I will use my moderator status to initiate the conversation with the police department but it will come to a point where the police department will not want me involved since I have not been stolen from.....at which point you guys will need to take the reins for yourselves.

I hope that things like this, don't ruin the trading section on here. I've never used myself (had offers, just didn't wanna trade my cards) but reading what other people put it looks like it runs well.

It runs very well.  We had another case like this and everyone got there stuff back.  We will pursue this and hopefully we will have a good outcome......I am optimistic.


With that said.  Someone who is personally involved should write him a letter to warn him to send back everything.

I wrote that what he has done is considered theft and breach of written or verbal contract. I have given him one week to respond with either our cards returned, cash for the cards we sent to him, and/or his promised end of the trade. If no response is heard from him by then I informed him that Id be going to his and my local authorities with evidence of his crime.

If the total card value is worth over $500, if I'm not mistaken, it's a felony and he can go to jail for it.
